1. No Return Policy (Food & Consumable Products)
Due to hygiene, food safety standards, and the perishable/consumable nature of our ready-to-cook food premixes and spice blends, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.
All sales are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Dislike of personal taste, spice tolerance, or individual flavor preferences.
- Incorrect address, contact details, or pincode provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed parcels or failed delivery attempts by the courier partner after multiple attempts.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Replacement Guarantee)
Your satisfaction and food safety are our highest priorities. If your order arrives in any of the following conditions:
- The outer carton or inner pouch is visibly torn, punctured, leaking, or damaged during transit.
- You received an incorrect item or combo different from what you ordered.
- Any item or pouch from your ordered bundle is missing.
We will gladly issue a free replacement or refund for the affected item(s), subjected to detailed review and approval by our team. (* Parcel and Product opening video will be required for any such claims).

3. Refunds (Where Applicable)
- If an approved replacement cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a refund will be initiated.
